The details behind the planning

Terms & Conditions

Clear expectations help create a better planning experience. These terms explain how Ash Got Plans services, recommendations, private itineraries, and travel materials are intended to work.

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Important

These Terms are intended to describe the Ash Got Plans service relationship clearly. Mandatory consumer rights and other legal protections that apply to a customer cannot be waived merely by contract language.

01

About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ash Got Plans website and any travel planning, itinerary design, research, recommendation, consultation, private itinerary access, or related service provided by Ash Got Plans.

By purchasing a service, submitting a trip-planning request, accessing a private itinerary, or otherwise agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

02

Nature of the Services

Ash Got Plans provides personalized travel research, itinerary design, recommendations, planning guidance, and related informational services.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, Ash Got Plans is not acting as a travel agency, airline, hotel, restaurant, tour operator, transportation provider, insurance provider, immigration adviser, or other third-party travel supplier.

Recommendations may include accommodations, transportation, restaurants, attractions, activities, tours, and other third-party services. The customer is responsible for reviewing and completing bookings directly with the applicable provider unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

03

Planning Packages and Pricing

Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on factors including trip length, number of destinations, number of travelers, complexity, research requirements, special requests, and turnaround time.

The scope of work, final planning fee, expected delivery timeline, and any included revision allowance will be confirmed before paid planning work begins.

Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee and revised delivery timeline.

04

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their trip, travelers, dates, preferences, budget, mobility needs, dietary requirements, and other information that may affect the planning process.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the completed itinerary and promptly identifying any material errors or concerns.

Customers remain responsible for passports, visas, travel authorization, health requirements, vaccinations, entry and exit requirements, insurance, licenses, permits, and all other legal or administrative requirements associated with travel.

05

Bookings and Third-Party Providers

Third-party services are subject to the prices, availability, terms, cancellation policies, operating hours, schedules, and rules of the applicable provider.

Ash Got Plans does not control and cannot guarantee the performance, availability, safety, quality, accuracy, or continued operation of any third-party provider.

Customers should independently review the terms and cancellation policies of airlines, accommodations, restaurants, tour operators, transportation providers, and other suppliers before making a purchase or reservation.

06

Prices, Availability and Changes

Travel information can change quickly. Prices, exchange rates, availability, schedules, opening hours, routes, entry requirements, reservation policies, and other details may change after research is completed or an itinerary is delivered.

Ash Got Plans makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information at the time the itinerary is prepared, but cannot guarantee that third-party information will remain unchanged.

Customers should verify important details with the relevant provider before booking and again before travel.

07

Delivery and Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery dates will be communicated before paid planning work begins. Delivery timelines may depend on the complexity of the trip and the customer providing requested information in a timely manner.

Delays caused by incomplete information, changes to the requested scope, late customer responses, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Ash Got Plans may affect the delivery date.

08

Revisions

The number and scope of included revisions will be stated in the customer's confirmed service package or written agreement.

Revision requests must relate to the originally agreed trip and planning scope. Major changes, including different destinations, substantially different dates, major changes in trip length, or a materially different planning brief, may require an additional fee.

09

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms applicable to a specific planning engagement will be disclosed before payment is accepted.

Because customized travel planning involves research and work that may begin soon after purchase, the amount eligible for refund may depend on how much work has already been completed at the time of cancellation.

Any cancellation or refund policy will be applied subject to mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable law.

10

Travel Disruptions and Force Majeure

Ash Got Plans is not responsible for losses, delays, cancellations, missed connections, closures, weather events, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, public-health events, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, or other events outside its reasonable control.

Additional planning requested because of events occurring after the agreed itinerary has been completed may be subject to additional availability and fees.

11

Travel Insurance

Customers are encouraged to consider appropriate travel insurance based on their trip, circumstances, and risk tolerance.

Ash Got Plans does not provide insurance advice and does not guarantee that any policy will cover a particular event, loss, cancellation, or expense.

12

Private Itinerary Access and Security

A personalized online itinerary, Quick Guide, Trip Command Center, or other private travel page may be created for a specific customer and the customer's intended traveling party.

Access may be provided through a private link, access code, authorized session, or another access-control method selected by Ash Got Plans. Customers are responsible for keeping access links, access codes, and similar credentials private.

Customers may share private itinerary access with members of their intended traveling party and with another trusted person reasonably assisting with the trip. Customers are responsible for considering what itinerary information will become visible before intentionally sharing access.

Customers must not publish access credentials, private itinerary links, or personalized travel materials on public websites, social-media groups, public forums, marketplaces, or other public or broadly accessible channels.

Ash Got Plans may restrict, suspend, replace, or revoke itinerary access where unauthorized sharing, attempted circumvention of access controls, scraping, abuse, or other misuse is reasonably suspected.

13

Private Itinerary Availability

Private online itineraries are provided as part of the travel planning experience and are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

Ash Got Plans may archive, restrict access to, or remove an online itinerary after the trip or when continued online availability is no longer reasonably necessary to provide the service.

Customers should download important travel documents and retain independent copies of critical booking confirmations, tickets, travel documents, and provider contact details before and during travel.

Internet access, device availability, local network conditions, hosting interruptions, or third-party service failures may affect a customer's ability to access an online itinerary while traveling.

14

Reservation Information and Travel Links

A personalized itinerary may contain reservation times, confirmation references, addresses, telephone numbers, booking links, map links, and other trip-specific information for the customer's convenience.

The inclusion of reservation information in an Ash Got Plans itinerary does not replace the confirmation, ticket, voucher, contract, or other record issued by the applicable third-party provider.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing provider-issued confirmations and verifying dates, times, locations, meeting points, cancellation requirements, and other material details.

Links to booking, mapping, transportation, restaurant, or other third-party services may change, expire, redirect, or become unavailable. Ash Got Plans does not control independent third-party websites or applications.

15

Downloaded Travel Documents

Customers may be provided with downloadable PDFs, Quick Guides, Trip Command Centers, or other personalized travel documents.

After a personalized document is downloaded, the customer is responsible for taking reasonable care when storing, forwarding, printing, or sharing that copy.

Customers should consider that personalized travel materials may contain travel dates, accommodation information, reservation references, or other details that they may not wish to distribute publicly.

16

Personal-Use License

Unless otherwise stated in writing, itineraries, travel guides, research, written recommendations, layouts, graphics, templates, and other original materials supplied by Ash Got Plans are licensed for the personal use of the purchasing customer and the customer's intended traveling party.

Purchase of a service or digital deliverable does not transfer ownership of Ash Got Plans intellectual property.

17

No Redistribution, Resale or Commercial Use

Ash Got Plans materials may not be reproduced, republished, redistributed to unrelated third parties, publicly uploaded, sold, sublicensed, commercially exploited, scraped, systematically extracted, or used to create competing travel-planning products or services without prior written permission.

Customers may share their itinerary with members of the traveling party for the purpose of taking the trip.

Reasonable personal use does not include publishing the complete itinerary or paid planning materials on public websites, shared public drives, social-media groups, marketplaces, data repositories, or other distribution channels.

18

Automated Access and Scraping

Except as expressly authorized in writing, you may not use bots, crawlers, scripts, automated agents, scraping tools, data-mining systems, or similar technology to access, copy, monitor, extract, or reproduce private itineraries or paid Ash Got Plans travel materials.

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another customer's itinerary, test or exploit security weaknesses, or interfere with the normal operation of the website or private client travel experience.

19

Intellectual Property

The Ash Got Plans name, branding, website content, original written material, graphics, layouts, photographs, templates, and other original content remain the property of Ash Got Plans or the applicable rights holder.

Third-party names, logos, photographs, maps, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

20

Testimonials and Customer Content

Ash Got Plans will not publish a customer testimonial, identifiable review, photograph, or other customer-provided content for marketing purposes without appropriate permission.

Permission to use a testimonial may be withdrawn for future use by contacting Ash Got Plans, subject to materials already printed, published, or otherwise distributed before the request is received.

21

Limitation of Responsibility

Ash Got Plans is responsible for providing the planning services agreed with the customer. Ash Got Plans is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, failures, or decisions of third-party travel providers or for circumstances outside its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ash Got Plans will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the acts or omissions of third-party providers or from travel disruptions outside the reasonable control of Ash Got Plans.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such an exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

22

Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website, during the planning process, or included in a personalized itinerary will be handled in accordance with the Ash Got Plans Privacy Policy.

Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary highly sensitive information through general website forms or requesting that such information be placed in an online itinerary.

23

Changes to these Terms

Ash Got Plans may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a paid planning engagement will be the version accepted by the customer when the relevant service agreement or purchase is made, unless a later change is required by law or separately agreed.
